Current mask consumption causes many problems such as lack of supply, a significant cost and excess waste since these masks are usually disposable. Therefore, reusing these masks after a decontamination process became a critical solution.
In the previous days, AMB Ecosteryl, located in Mons, launched its mask decontamination machine, M-steryl. The company succeeded all scientific test requirements. M-steryl uses dry heat technology to decontaminate masks and it can decontaminate 2000 surgical masks or 1400 KN95 or 860 FFP2 masks or 150 coveralls per day. M-steryl is easy to use and ideal for medium and large-sized hospitals.
